St.Louis photographer Devon Hill specializes in on-location lifestyle portraits of children. After a photography and cinematography degree from Webster University, Devon spent years in the film and television world. When his wife Terri, a fashion and graphic designer with a fine arts degree from Washington University, was pregnant with their daughter, Devon focused his creative energies and his camera on the passion that has become his business - children's portraiture.

Devon's charming and timeless photographs of children celebrate the joy of youth and the individual character of young people from newborns to teens. Emphasizing the organic qualities of natural light, Devon's images have a cinematic feel that evokes whimsy while maintaining a classical style.

Like his photography, Devon's equipment is top-notch, and he relies on state of the art digital camera bodies and lenses from both Nikon and Canon to bring out the best in him and his subjects. But the work doesn't end there. Since before Ansel Adams, post processing has been a crucial step in the image-making process. Terri and Devon work together using the latest Apple computers and Adobe image processing software to personally select and process your images to give them a custom look.

Devon and Terri live in Saint Louis with their daughter, two cats, camera equipment, and miscellaneous toddler accessories.
